地點: 台北市中山區南京東路二段218號5樓 台灣咖啡協會

主辦單位: 台灣咖啡協會

協辦單位: World Coffee Events世界咖啡組織及 Special Coffee Association(SCA)

人數: 24人

費用: 協會會員 新台幣 23,000元/ 非會員 新台幣 28,000元

◎咖啡調酒課程為額外自選課程，登記上課的學員需加收2000元(滿5人開課)

報名方式：請將以下報名表填寫完畢之後傳真至協會02-2517-9755或E-mail: coffee.tca@msa.hinet.net ，因場地關係，名額有限，請傳真或email報名表後電洽協會索取匯款帳號，完成匯款者為完成報名手續。

參加資格: 所有有興趣賽制的選手.團隊.教練或評審
